A friendship built on a shared ideology in Exercise Science between Richard Omondi, a Kenyan-based strength and conditioning coach, and Dr. Matthew Casturo became the foundation of the Dandora Initiative. What began as an idea was strengthened by Dr. Casturo’s belief in the vision and his willingness to support it from its earliest stages.

Dr. Casturo was instrumental in helping build the initiative from the ground up. His guidance, trust, sponsorship, and willingness to invest in the project before it had an established foundation helped turn the vision into something real.
